Ensembles-in-Residence

The Academy's ensembles-in-residence play a central role in the Chamber Music Program and enrich the musical life of the Academy community with their performances. With backgrounds in scholarship and performance, they constitute a resource to the community and an outreach tool for the Academy.

These are the current ensembles-in-residence...The Newstead Trio Michael T. Jamanis, Violin, Sara Male, Cello Xun Pan, Piano. The Pennsylvania Academy of Music Faculty Jazz Ensemble Jerry Laboranti, saxophone, Mike Wittrien, double bass, Larry Marshall, drummer, Mark Huber, piano jazz.
